Facebook is just developing their new messaging app.
It will allow the users to keep sharing with details of their activities while on the go. Starting from the location, speed, to battery life on the gadget with other selected friends.
It was intended to be a greater focus on auto updates, liken to the other services.
The tech news site The Verge says that this Facebook‘s latest platform, Threads, is seen as a mate for Instagram. With this app, the users can share their photos with friends who are in the selected list or ‘close friends list’.
As reported by Sky.com, Threads is being tested internally on Facebook, involving staff working on the Instagram messaging service.
There is a snippet of the app similar to direct message on Instagram, which can share unique things in the form of personal messages. As well as show the user who is active with a sign in the form of a green dot.
If it is released, Threads is likely to include AR effects, as Instagram has in the new update. So, it will allows the users to add a number of funny and unique effects to their photos and videos.
The chance of Facebook releasing a new messaging app will surprise some people, with the company announcing its axis for privacy during the annual developer conference earlier this year.
