Spotify is expanding its platform integration into social networks. After Facebook Stories, now it’s Snapchat’s turn to be supported by Spotify.
Integration with Snapchat is brought through the latest updates. An update that brings integration with Snapchat will allow Spotify users to share tracks, playlists, albums, and podcasts to the social media application with the infamous ghost logo.
Spotify Users Can Share Music to Snapchat Easily!
Just like other social networks supported by Spotify, sharing content with Snapchat is quite easy. You must first tap the share menu when listening to any song, album, artist or podcast.
Next, select Snapchat from the list offered. Snapchat will open a new Snap by including the tracklist from the album.
Then, you can edit and send it to the desired number of people or to Story. Keep in mind, if someone sends a Snap with a song, playlist, artist profile, or podcast, you can stream the song directly just by swiping from the bottom to the top of the screen.
Then, tap the context card with a song, playlist, or podcast info, and just wait for Spotify to open and play the intended content, as reported by Phone Arena, Tuesday (09/10/2019).
Spotify integration with Snapchat will be available on Android and iOS-based devices in the coming days. So, make sure to keep checking the app for updates.
