Sonic, one of the characters who are quite popular with forms such as Hedgehog and blue, is rumored to be getting a big-screen film adaptation in the form of live-action. That is certainly not 100% live-action with the help of CGI (Computer-Generated Imagery) to make characters that normally appear in the form of 2 dimensions present look like real. Unfortunately, since it was first published, the Sonic design of the live-action version is actually far from expectations. It even got a lot of negative responses from his fans.
The live-action version of Sonic’s design is really chaotic, instead of wanting to make Sonic look real it makes the character look like a humanoid creature wearing a blue hedgehog costume. After getting various criticisms from his fans, finally, a new design that looks more like Sonic finally appears. Unfortunately, the design was not made officially by the film studio in charge, but the work of fans. Ironic, right? in the end, the parties accepted the fans’ request to redesign Sonic before it was released in theaters later.
