Xiaomi Poco F2 is one of the most awaited smartphones in 2019. As we all know, the last year Poco F1 come with Snapdragon 845 chipset which interestingly, Xiaomi sold at low-price.
Hence, Xiaomi Poco F2 is expected to come with Snapdragon 855 chipset and will be sold at a decent price too. Launched with obvious name “Xiaomi Poco F2”, the smartphone itself has been leaked on Geekbench portal.
Geekbench noted, PocoF2 will be packed with Snapdragon 855 chipset. Besides that, it will also be boosted with 4GB of RAM; bringing Android Q on the go. On a single-core test it scored 1.776 points while the multi-core one it scored 6.097 points.
Recent benchmarking listings of SD855 driven phones have scored more than 3k points in the single-core tests and around 10k in the multi-core tests. Hence, the Poco F2 Geekbench scores are quite low compared to other SD855 fueled phones.
As we all know, the last year Xiaomi Poco F1 is available in 6GB and 8GB RAM options. However, the newly spotted Poco F2 has 4GB of RAM onboard.
The Xiaomi Poco F1 was unveiled in August last year and it had arrived with Android 8.1 Oreo OS. Without much delay, the handset was treated with Android 9 Pie OS update as well as MIUI 10 custom ROM. Probably, the Poco F2 may come loaded with Android 9 Pie OS and it will be provided with Android Q update soon after its market release.
Recently, a phone codenamed as Xiaomi Uranus was spotted on Geekbench with specs like Snapdragon 660, 4 GB of RAM and Android 9 Pie. It’s speculated that this handset may debut as Poco F1 Lite. However, there is no official confirmation on the existence of Poco F1 Lite and the newly spotted Poco F2.
