Some of the Final Fantasy VIII iconic scenes are exhibited
As a nearly abandoned series compared with the spoiled 7th series must make the Final Fantasy VIII fans depressed. Even though released in PC with some adjustment, this is just a port from its first PlayStation version. Lots of fans crying for its remake, or at least a remastered version. This seems to be planned by Square-Enix and they grant it with the remastered version they show on yesterday’s E3 2019. It seems this version will bring some old memorable elements with better visualization and character models. This time, Squall really become the “best looking guy,” as Rinoa said. But how about their iconic FMV?
In its latest FF VII remastered ads, Square-Enix still keep their iconic old cutscenes. This is because their old technology was enough to make good cutscenes, so they didn’t have to make it all from the start.
Final Fantasy VIII Remastered will be released on September 3rd, 2019 for PC, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch. Stay tuned for more information!
