Sony Alpha A6400 has various technology capabilities from the line of full-frame cameras such as a9, a7R III, and a7 III camera models. A6400 camera introduces Real-time Eye AF.
The ability of Real-time Eye AF uses based object recognition based on artificial intelligence (AI) to detect and process data in real-time, resulting in increased speed and Eye AF tracking performance.

In terms of the speed of shooting, the a6400 camera can take up to 11 fps with AF / AE tracking. The a6400 camera is equipped with an APS-C sized 24.2 MP image sensor that is paired with an upgraded Bionz X processor.
The A6400 camera also offers 4K internal video capture with full pixel readout and no pixel binning. For time-lapse movies, the a6400 has an embedded interval recording feature and can be set from one to 60 seconds.
The latest Sony camera models also have a Hybrid Log-Gamma (HLG) image profile that supports Instant HDR workflows. S-Log1 and S-Log3 are also available for enhanced color gradation flexibility.
By design, the a6400 is claimed to bring functional enhancements and customization to maximize the freedom of taking photos. The newest feature on the a6400 is the type 3.0 LCD screen that can be folded and bent in 180 degrees.
Besides being able to bend, the a6400 LCD screen also has a touch function with options for Touch Pad, Touch Focus, Touch Shutter, and Touch Tracking which can activate Real-time Tracking quickly through the screen.
The camera equipped with the XGA OLED Tru-Finder viewfinder feature will be available in Indonesia starting April 6th, 2019. The camera valued around Rp. 12,999,000 (body only) and Rp. 14,999,000 (with SELP1650 lens).
