The newest ARM version of Windows 10 is still being developed, but there are those who can install the operating system into the Nintendo Switch.
This unofficial project was developed by developers who previously brought the ARM version of Windows 10 to Raspberry Pi, and even to Lumia 950 XL phones. The developer himself named Ben, who via his Twitter account, @imbushuo showed off a Switch with OS Windows 10 ARM.
However, the Switch version of Windows 10 ARM can only run the Windows logo.
Ben still needs time to tamper with the operating system, but he believes that later Windows 10 will be able to run on Switch.
Ben also mentioned the first thing he had to do was improve ‘memory region fix’, ‘massive cleanup bug fix’, and work on the ACPI and USB parts, as quoted from Tech Radar, Tuesday (03/05/2019).
The action to install Windows 10 ARM on this Switch can be done by Ben by utilizing the exploits that exist in Tegra processors, which are actually already well known.
But it still not revealed how the OS’s performance, or how the OS can be operated with a touch screen, and so forth.
